Next grace
…
+5 every 30 days of the town. Cap 30. Feeling and silence are free.
The people
Tap a name. This is the file, not their soul.
The price
Feeling
A mood, a warmth, a dread. No words. No facts. Always free.
free
Whisper
A thought placed in one mind. It arrives as their own.
1
Omen
A dream, a sign, a weather-flicker they could still deny.
3
Act
Something happens in the world. Money, weather, a door, a body.
7
Decree
Fate, bound. They can still refuse. It will cost them.
12
Breach
The dead, the laws, the sky. The Veil notices.
25+
Silence
Skip the night. They notice the quiet.
free
Rest
You sleep. They live five to twenty days without you — one morning covers the stretch (one Grok call, one play). You do not choose how long. You come back one Grace richer, if there is room.
+1
The rules
- You are a diminished god. The quiet God Somewhere. You do not know where.
- The world lives while you sleep. When you wake, the prayers arrive — thin, fragmented, not always addressed to you.
- You may answer with a feeling (always free), a thought placed in one mind, an omen, an act, a decree — or silence. Silence is a move. They notice it.
- Anything is possible. Nothing is free. They can refuse you. They often do.
- Flourishing tracks whether lives improve. Faith tracks whether anyone still believes a voice answers. The Veil tracks whether anything can be proven. High Faith behind a thick Veil is the rarest state: a people who know without evidence.
- Twenty moves in a human day: action, skip, or rest. Rest is sleep — they live five to twenty days without you, and you do not choose how long. You come back one Grace richer. The night is lived while you wait. In the morning you find out what it cost.
How the town answers
The word beside your move is not a score. It is how they received you.
Accepted
It happened more or less as you meant. Someone still paid a price.
Partial
Part of it stuck. The rest didn’t — they resisted, or the world was too small for the whole wish.
Twisted
It happened, and then the world bent it. The letter of the move, not the spirit.
Refused
A Core line said no. The move hits that and dies.
Unexpected
Something else entirely. You aimed at the till and the weather answered.
